All bookings must be made by first filling out the inquiry form below. In the message, please let us know the dates you would like to book, how many people are in your party, and the reason for your stay at Casa Barranca.
Rates: $2895 per night for 3 or more nights.
Rate for 2 nights is $3,000/night.
Your reservation requires a $2,000 non-refundable deposit.
An 8% county tax is added to your final bill, and cleaning fees start at $350 depending on the length of your stay.
We do not accept credit cards, only checks or online payments. Please be sure to review our Terms and Conditions before submitting your question/message.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is the maximum number of occupants and minimum rental period?
A: The maximum overnight occupancy is ten (10) people, with no more than sixteen (16) people allowed on-site at all other times during the rental. Our minimum rental period is 2 nights, however we have 3-4 night minimums during the summer, please enquire.
Q: Can I rent the estate to host my event?
A: We’re sorry, but Casa Barranca is not a day-use facility. We do not rent for any commercial or private events, including weddings, parties, rehearsal dinners, concerts or single yoga classes.
Q: What amenities are available when I rent the house?
A: * Beyond what is in each room, the amenities available include: wifi, a grill, yoga mats & blocks for the yoga studio, parking for 16 people, firewood, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor speaker system for music within the house, and one television upon request. Recommendations for private catering, massage and yoga teachers are all available upon request.
Q: What is not allowed at Casa Barranca?
A: We do not allow smoking, pets or other animals, outdoor music or sound amplification.
