Terms & Conditions

The maximum overnight occupancy is ten (10) people, with no more than sixteen (16) people allowed on-site at all other times during the rental.

• Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.

• Outdoor amplification of music or other sounds is not permitted during Quiet Hours.

• There is ample room to park sixteen (16) vehicles on-site — on-street parking is not permitted.

• The rental property may not be used for any activity that contravenes any of these Terms of Use.

• The Rental Agreement contract contains additional conditions that apply to the use of this property.

• This use of the property as a vacation rental falls under various provisions of Ordinance 4523 of Ventura County’s Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance (NCZO).  Our operating Permit Number is _____, and our Business License Tax Certificate number is 8887.
